APA WF# 19-13A Long-Term Care Facilities

This rule has previously been approved by the OHCA Board of Directors and the Governor, as an emergency rule. It is currently in effect as an emergency rule.

The proposed policy changes are necessary to comply with Senate Bill 280. Changes will add policy to outline the administrative appeals process regarding disputed long-term care facility cost reporting adjustments. Final changes will streamline the audit process.
