Oklahoma SoonerCare 101

Oklahoma SoonerCare 101 is designed to educate office staff about billing and procedural aspects of Oklahoma SoonerCare. SoonerCare 101 is comprised of two classes to assist providers in understanding some of the general SoonerCare policies and how to bill claims to the SoonerCare program through the OHCA Provider Portal. There are two classes offered: Introduction to Oklahoma SoonerCare and the Provider Secure Site. Class curriculum is applicable to all provider types.

This training is not limited to a specific provider type, yet serves as a  general overview of all aspects of the Oklahoma SoonerCare program.

The Provider Portal Class curriculum is applicable to all provider types and will cover how to log into the portal, how to check member eligibility, the process of claim submission, claim inquiries, prior authorization submission/inquiries and other aspects of the SoonerCare Provider Portal.
